Protecting Your #1 Asset: Creating Fortunes from Your Ideas–An Intellectual Property Handbook by Michael A. Lechter

This one is definitely a technical read and had way more information in it than I needed to know, but I’m still glad that it was given to me and I read it. For anyone starting a business or doing anything that may require copyright or trademark issues, you should probably read at least the relevant chapters of this book that apply to what you’re doing. And read them before you start doing.
I didn’t need to know anything about semiconductors and trademarks that were covered, but all the copyright information was very relevant to what I’m doing. And parts of the trademark sections were relevant to future ideas I have. So in the end it was a worth the read for me and I learned more than I needed to know about some subjects, which isn’t always a bad thing either.
